Purposes. We process the data you give us in order to answer your enquiries, prepare travel proposals, manage bookings and contracted services, and comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Legal basis. Processing is based on your consent when you write to us through the form or other channels, on performance of the travel contract when you book with us, and on compliance with legal obligations.

Data we process. Identification and contact details (name, email address and telephone number), the information you tell us about the trip you are looking for and, when you book, the data needed to issue reservations and travel documents.

Recipients. In order to provide the contracted service, your data may be passed to the suppliers required for the trip (airlines, hotels, local ground operators, insurers) and to public authorities where the law requires it. Some suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is necessary in order to perform the travel contract. We do not pass data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention. We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law in order to address any liabilities.

Your rights. You may access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability, by writing to reservas@fozstyle.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
